Hmmm. Not sure how I feel about this...glad to hear that you are going somewhere nice and sunny, but sad at you not being around here anymore.

Well, if you must know, I'm moving to...Fresno.
Kidding! I'll be in Orange County (oh yes, "the O.C."). Irvine/Newport Beach area (about 50 miles south of downtown LA), though as of right now, I still don't know exactly where I'll be living (I'm going out there next week to find an apartment). And if you didn't know, while California as a state is still reliably blue, Orange County is nice and Republican. So that'll be interesting. Also, since it's Southern California, I believe I'm legally required to get a boob job, though I'll have to check up on that to be sure.
Although I wish I could say it's for a sugar daddy, it's for a job. Same as what I've been doing, but a smaller place, with fewer hours. And I just really needed a change. Way back a million years ago when I applied to grad school, all the schools I applied to were on the west coast, except for one, which obviously is the one I ended up at. But I always kind of still wanted to go out there.
Now I just have to get through the process of moving without freaking out too much...
Make sure that you take your computer, ok?
